I stayed here for 3 nights in June, whilst studying in Guildford. The building is gorgeously Edwardian, parking is free and the garden is absolutely stunning. I had (at my request) a single room, with ensuite, which ok, was small - however perfectly formed, very clean, comfortable and the shower was powerful.
Perhaps the choice of breakfast was limited, but all of the food was freshly cooked, and the room is a most sunning conservatory overlooking the garden.
The people with whom I came into contact was all delightful and couldn't have been more help.
The lack of evening meals was slightly frustrating, but the walk into Guildford took me 10 minutes, where the choice of restaurants was huge. It also meant that parking was not an issue, nor the concept of drink/driving.
I would be happy to stay here again, and wish them all well for the future.
