We recently stayed for two nights at this travel inn and can confirm that it is above average for this type of hotel having good rooms and excellent friendly staff.
However stay in the rooms overlooking the leisure complex and not the busy road if you can. You have to sleep with the windows closed in the latter because of traffic noise. Fortunately the management had provided a fan otherwise it would have been uncomfortably hot. ( A new air conditioning unit in the room had not been fully connected but presumably this will be done shortly).

“Great hotel, amazing staff”

Having recently returned from a fabulous 3 night stay a this hotel. i feel I must spead the word on how amazing it was. I am a regular visitor to Premier Travel Inns and although they all offer superb quality accomadation I was taken aback by the freindly staff and enviroment of Chichester. From the check in procedure until I walked out the door.
The restaurant offered a wide and varied menu. Nothing was too much trouble and I felt really welcomed. This is a rare treat for a single traveler where it can seem lonely at times. Even the waiting staff noticed I was on my own in the morning and came over to my table to offer me a complimentary news paper, after which I enjoyed my wonderfull cooked breakfast, ready to start the day. The rooms are comfortable, with very large double beds. Very clean, with an amazing power shower. Even the housekeeping staff asked how my stay was as I was walking down the corridor.
I was told on check in that I didn't enjoy my stay I didn't have to pay, how unique. Don't worry everthing was great. Already booked my next stay.

We stayed here for a weekend to visit our daughter. We booked online and paid £51 for a double room. The room was a generous size with a king size bed. Decor was very good and the bathroom clean and well equipped with a power shower. Check in staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is in the car park of a leisure park and right on the edge of the busy ring road but the hotel was very quiet inside. There is ample free parking. The location is only a few minutes' walk from the centre of town and the leisure park next door has a cinema and an excellent Indian restaurant. For a short break you couldn't do better for the money. The rival budget chain has several hotels in the area but despite the names none are in Chichester, none are as well appointed and all are quite a drive from town. This will be my regular pick from now on - central, friendly, clean, spacious and well appointed. Excellent value all round!

“Great location & good value for money”

Very good location - within the area of the new cinema/bowling/restaurant leisure complex. Hotel at the back of the complex's large carpark, however no noise could be heard at all. Friendly staff - there was a large powercut in the area lasting a few hours on the day we arrived, but an apology letter was put under the door even though the powercut wasn't their responsibility! Didn't use the adjoining restaurant due to the vast choice available in Chichester town centre, but it looked nice and the choice of food seemed good. Very easily accessible by train - few minutes walk from the station. Have stayed in one other Premier Travel Inn before and the standard of Chichester's was just as good value for money. Very satisfied.
