We stayed 1 night only and had previously read reviews on other web sites which left us confused.
our comments are as follows:-

Rooms - Basic but every thing worked, clean and tidy and no complaints except noise untill about 5.00 am from a couple of rooms and walls very thin.
Evening Meal- generally poor had to sit at end of bar and our party was the only people there, no restaurant.
Breakfast- good but no toast because they had run out of bread.

Generally, pub run down, staff tried hard, rooms good but who do they let the rooms to late at night ( or early morning)
