“Nice B&B”

I was attending a course in Leeds for work purposes and had to find accomodation at very short notice.

Park House was friendly, clean and VERY cheap! All rooms are en suite and it's very quiet at night, despite the B&B being located on a main road.

Both Leeds City Centre and the train station are within easy reach, with it being an approximately 15 minute drive DURING rush hour traffic!

I had a very pleasant stay and would not hesitate recommending this cheap B&B.

Stayed here for 2 nights with a group of friends. Had a great night out in Leeds city centre and woke up to a well cooked breakfast.
staff was friendly and always eager to help.

Cheap, yet very cheerful Yorkshire service awaits you at Park House. Stayed with a group of friends on a clubbing weekend. A traditional establisment with clean rooms and a wicked generous English breakfast, just the job after a night of partying. A great welcome from Paul and chef Gordon, felt like friends by the time we left!
No bar, but a good pub bang opposite!
p.s pay with cash for best rates not credit cards!
All in all a great place for the money!!
