If your planning a break in south wales, then this is somewhere you should spend atleast one day. As the name suggests, rides are mainly made out of wood and the scenery is green and pleasent.
Some rides are excellent and would appeal even to the most daring thrill seeker, especially the newly opened 'speed'. Other top attractions for thrill seekers include mega phobia, hydro, bounce and vertigo (although this ride requires extra payment and booking in advance, which is a pain)
I have not given this full rating for several reasons. The food once inside the park, can be expensive and of poor quality. Some rides are in dire need to renovation and have been there for years (Espcially the water shoot).
Younger children have got a fair selection of rides, but does tend to have a fair ground feel to it. Also the childrens section would be done within a few hours, leaving little else to occupy younger ones.
All in all good day out, better for older people and entry is slightly steep, but definately worth a visit.
