I enjoyed my stay at the Courtfield. The place was a little harder to find than I might have imagined, and I found some things there a little...strange, shall we say. The bathroom was kind of a disappointment, but the room was huge and comfortable. A good experience in a nice city.

Having stayed at the Courtfield Hotel on numerous occasions i can give nothing but praise for the hospitality i have recieved. From the moment you arrive one of the proprietors are there to welcome you in. The price represents excellent value for money, with the hotel offering clean and pleasant rooms. The decoration in the hotel is totally in keeping with the victorian theme, and helps to preserve the buildings original atmosphere. i would reccomend this hotel to anyone who is visiting Wales' Capital City, and who is looking for a comfortable and enjoyable nights stay.

I have stayed as a guest at the Courtfield Hotel for many years and have found it to be a warm, friendly, clean and well furbished hotel.

The proprietors Norman and Keith make an enormous effort to make each and every guests stay a pleasant one. The house is of the victorian period and in my opinion they do their best to keep the hotel in with the character of the time.

One of the highlights during a visit is the full english breakfast which is always delicious and extremely well presented.

The proprietors work hard to keep the hotels long term good reputation and I always look forward to my next visit to the Courtfield Hotel.

Stayed for the Joe Calzaghe fight.

Traditional Victorian B&B. Good value for the money. Very convenient for the Stadium and Cardiff City centre - about five minutes walk. Turned out to be a good idea as taxi's very scarce. We were with friends staying in other hotels who had to walk miles.
