Stayed here for business over four weeks.

Overall the rooms are clean and spacious, the pool/spa is very good and the breakfast is alright. The town is in easy walking distance.

However, the quality of the view from the rooms runs from the sublime (panaorama of cardiff) to the ridiculous (the back air inlet for a neighbouring building)

However if you need a business location I'd recommend it.

Ended up sataying herre due to an overbooking at another hotel, what a result.
Very plush, rooms are huge, very well furnished, views of Cardiff (oh well) excellent work area and lovely bathroom.
large wide screen TV miles away from the bed all in all excellent.
Meals were also excellent and staff very helpful.

The rooms are huge, and ours on the 10th floor had a stunning view across the city. Big comfy beds and very good bathroom facilities with seperate shower and bath were fantastic. Very well situated for exploring the shops, restaurants and bars of Cardiff. Great not to have to pay for parking in a city and good value room. Good buffet breakfast and friendly staff. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again.

We only stayed for one night unfortunately and our experience from start to finish was excellent. This relatively new hotel is very easy to find and secure parking is available for £8 per day which I thought was very reasonable and could not quite understand the grumbles of a previous reviewer.

The management and the staff try a little bit harder to ensure that you have an enjoyable stay. Soon after arriving we ordered afternoon tea and there was a delay as the hotel was quite busy. Without any prompting the staff were extremely apologetic and insisted that there would be no charge for our food. When the food did arrive it was delicious and plentiful.

Our very spacious and tastefully furnished room was on the fourteenth floor with fantastic views of the city.

The pool and gym are are of a very high standard.

Breakfast was excellent with extremely efficient and friendly service.

Keep up the good work. WE WILL BE BACK!
