I stayed one night here with my family over the August Bank Holiday, (booked through Laterooms). Considering the cost (£85) and the advertised star rating we thought it very disapointing.

Our room was small and dark looking out onto a brick wall. The carpet in our room was dirty and stained in places and the walls appear to have been constructed from cardboard. The noise from the above rooms was awful - like a herd of elephants backwards and forwards. The bed was hard and lumpy and cheap.

There were wedding receptions being held there both on our day of arrival and the day of checkout. The staff were more concerned with setting up for the second one in the function room where breakfast was taken than clearing dishes from our table. The floor was still littered from the reception the previous evening and it was obvious they couldnt wait for us to finish our meal to clear away the food, although it was still before the end of the breakfast timing.

I would not stay here again.

what a very clean hotel,lovely view of the golf corse, lovely food, would go back again and it,s not far from the lovely gower beach
