We had a twin room here and it was very cosy but clean. The bathroom was fine though the towels had what looked like rust stains on them. The beds were the electronic adjustable kind so hours of endless fun to be had there!
Location wise it is in a suburban area and is set back from a busy road in leafy gardens. Parking is available though if there are a few other guests it can be tight. At the time of our stay the internet was broken, as was the fridge in the 'guest kitchen'. Although we confirmed our arrival time prior to arrival there was no-one there to let us in and we had to call and wait for about 15 minutes for someone to come and let us in.
The breakfast is fantastic though and the staff, though not entirely friendly, are polite. Location wise it's about a 20-25 minute walk into the centre of Derry so if you are tourists you might want to book something slightly closer to town.
