Spent two nights here recently while in the Stoneywood area.
Hotel is tucked away in a housing estate and not easy to find without sat nav or local know how.
Having said that there are a few brown tourist information signs showing the way but only when you get very close.
It also situated on the flight path of Aberdeen airport and althogh the planes are quite low by the time they pass overhead there is virtually no noise transmitted into the rooms.
Check is was good and its was pleasing to see that a majority of the staff are local Scots.
Room was a fair size but with ample storage and good size radiators.
Bathroom contained only a shower but was gave the impression of being recently renovated as the fixtures and fittings all looked new. Nice hot towel rail.
The tea and coffee tray could have been better, perhaps with some real coffee and fresh milk.
Evening meal was good quality and reasonably priced, it also gave the impression that it was cooked fresh.
Breakfast was part buffet and part al a cart, with cereals, juice and fruit available on the buffet and cooked items made to order.
No good if your in a hurry but at least its fresh and no dried up.
All in all a good stay and would be happy to stay here, however a car is necessary for traveling further.
