This is a terrible hotel. The staff were rude and unhelpful, the meal was atrocious and over-priced, the bath was dirty, the toilet was blocked, the rooms were too noisy to get to sleep at night.

Stayed there beginning of march

Hit some problems - Its seems that there is some diificulties with the water pipes so beware the noise and vibradtion can be very annoying.

The nosise is not there all the time it is intermitent so you can be woken at 4 am if you are a light sleeper.

Otherwise the hotel if fine within walking distance of shops and the centre of Perth. Value for money booking via Jarvis leisure breaks.

AArrgghh, almost no sleep here!! There was almost constant noise from some ventilation system throughout the night despite the assurance of reception that it would stop. Thin walls in the extension result in noise pollution from your neighbours. I could live with the crap decor but I need my sleep. Was in Perth for 2 nights but couldn't face another in this hotel, ditched it in favour of a friend's sofa!! Ahh peace and quiet and a good night's sleep!!

P.S Breakfast staff attentive and the buffet was OK.

It's not all bad, has the smell of an old pub!
Staff were friendly, and happy to help, and the breakfasts were lovely!
but the room wasnt great, the walls are incredibly thin! and the bed is like sleeping on concrete! the windows are not that good, need a bit of repair

overall, its ok for a night or two!
