From the moment we first contacted Claire to book for a 2 night Special Break until we had to leave, we were both very impressed by the attentive staff, the contemporary look but cozy feel of our bedroom with Super King size bed, and the memorable meals we were served.....

"Too Good to Share" would be shameful. For those who are thinking of visiting Perth - this unique family run hotel is worthy of recognition. Hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did!

little gem of a hotel. The staff were wonderful and really made us feel at home (thank you Duncan and Claire!). Great breakfasts every day, and we also enjoyed an evening meal there very much.

Room was very homely and comfortable (great bedding!), as well as very big. We had an executive suite and enjoyed spending time just hanging out there, which you cannot always say for a hotel visit.

The owners are so lovely and give good recommendations for activities in the area. They went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable and were extremely friendly and considerate.

We went out of season and it was really good value.

I read a review on this hotel and got what we expected and more. This is a fab little hotel, great location, very spacious, modern and fresh clean rooms, very friendly staff and food was great. Couldn't have asked for more.

Loved the hotel!

Great location, fantastic modern rooms with a fresh feel. Rooms a good size with large comfortable beds and great showers.

We ate in the hotel and couldn't have asked for a better high tea! Other couples in the evening having Dinner looked pleased with their meals.

Charming hotel, will be reccommening friends and family to stay.
