The Radnor Park Hotel And staff were Excellent .

They should get some kind of award for there out standing service that they provide. (Keep it up)

when we arrived at the Hotel we noticed that it had been revamped and looked great .

Myself and my family was there last year and November this year and we were made and felt welcome at all times anything were asked for the staff went out of there way to arrange or get it for us,

I would like to thank all the staff for the service that they provided to me and my family and I would also like to wish them a Very Happy Christmas and a Happy New Year,

From The Synan Family

On Recently staying at the Radnor Hotel in Clydebank I found the whole experience refreshing. The reception Staff are friendly and clean and very proffesional. the public bar was another matter. The bar maid was young and very tall. She spent most of the time outside smoking and on her mobile. When i asked for a drink she didnt even smile or say thanks, she must have been trained by a monkey her manners were deplorable.

The food in the Italian was ok but the Head waiter Sonny what a pain in the rear end he is........... He was in our faces and then he sat down whilst the other girls done all the work he isnt doing the hotel any favours whatsoever by being there.

I would go back but i would make sure the named staff were OFF duty. they know who they are. I would like to praise the other staff who cooked our breakfast and phoned us a taxi on the Tuesday morning.

When i stayed at the Radnor I was visitig friends in the Clydebank area, it was reccomeneded to us. From the outside it looked daunting but on arrival it was very trendy and very clean.
The staff were clean and tidy and very proffesional in there manner. The food in the Italian was above average but nothing spectacular.
Our room was a family room and was clean and tidy and newly decorated!! The entertainment was good as were the locals, We felt as if we were part of the community and we would go back again without a doubt. A very big Thankyou to all concerned you know who you are.

We recently stayed at the Radnor Hotel in Clydebank and held the reception after my grand fathers funeral there. A lot of us travelled over from Ireland and the service we received was excellent from start to finish. We arrived on the Thursday night and had a meal in the hotels Italian restaurant - it was superb. We found our beroom to be clean and have everything you'd expect. The breakfasts are cooked to order. I hate those hotels that have buffet breakfasts and you don't know how long the stuffs been lying for. We had the funeral tea on the friday afternoon and moved on to the bar later on. All in all our experience of the Radnor was brilliant. The ataff were very friendly. By the end of our weekend stay we wereon first name terms. They couldn't have been more helpful.

“Oh My God!!!”

Radnor Park Hotel

OH MY GOD!!!
where do i start, this hotel is a shambles. The staff, when they can be found, are ignorant, have no clue of what it is exactly they are there to do, and are down right lazy!
I have never been so disappointed in my whole life!
The Radnor Park had been recommended to myself to hold a Wake following my mothers funeral...
On arrival at the hotel we had to wait 10minutes before anyone approached the foyer. All details we had confirmed the previous day, with the Manager, had been completely changed without anyone of my party being informed. We were ushered into what can only be described as a canteen, by some ignorant member of staff, like a herd of sheep! When i explained we were here for a funeral and that i was shown a function suite upstairs, she looked at me as though i were growing horns out the top of my head, as we spoke!!! By this time members of my party had started sitiing down, and the female staff member was telling me that she had no note of a function suite and that were were to use the lounge area!! Making matters worse, when i finally gave in to what she was telling me, i realised that not only was the lounge being used for my mothers wake, but infact there were guest from the hotel sitting still having breakfast!
Now, i dont know about you, but if i was staying in a hotel and a funeral party walked into a room where i was eating breakfast i would feel obliged to hurry and leave! So not only had they upset my sister and I they had upset potential returning guests! Where were there Professional Skills???????
Then ..... My sister and I, obviouslty upset by this point, went to the toilet, to try and gather ourselves together....only to find that the toilets were absoloutely FILTHY!! there was a waste bin in the sink, dirty toilet paper all over the floor of the toilet - and sanitry towels lying around the cubicles....It was like a nightmare from start to finish!!!
We then sat for 45minutes before any of the party were offered tea of coffee!!!! and when the sandwiches arrived, my boyfriend opened his up to find what was a buttered piece of bread with some fat in it !!! no meat!! but fat!!!
I felt like they had given me the impression of fantastic standards/services they supply in order to get me to book it, and then once the deal had been done, they just supply you with whatever they wish on the day!!!
And as for the Manager himself - - i think he must have won the General Managers poistion in a christmas cracker!!!!
An absoloute shambles.
