Stayed 1 night before an early flight out of Cork Airport. Did not want to stay at the Travelodge €79 per room near cork airport because of a previous bad (unclean) experience.
I could not find reviews or bed and breakfast ratings for any B&Bs near cork airport. I got a list from the airport Info desk. Great Southern Hotel on the airport grounds costs €110 per night. Hopefully this will help other travellers.

Green Isle B&B Review:
Breda Savage was very hospitable and welcoming . The location does not have much to offer other than its close to the airport and 20mins to kinsale. Nice well kept garden and big hedge for privacy. Guest TV lounge.
Basic, clean and very quiet. No frills, sachets or extras. Hairdryer and some rooms ensuite. TV with remote. Our bed was very squeaky every time you rolled over I think its a bit old, but all was spotless. My friends shared a twin ensuite and were happy. Full Irish breakfast offered. Fine. Nothing to get too excited about.
Nicer than the Travelodge with breakfast thrown in. Don't stay here if you expect to walk to a scenic pub.
I would recomend Insiara B&B over Green isle.
We went for dinner at Crackpots restaurant in Kinsale and had an enjoyable evening. Crab flan was very tasy as was the chickpea pancake and mussels. (021 477 2847) It cost about €132 for four of us, two courses, bottle wine etc topped off by an evening stroll.
