Welcome was encouraging. Room downstairs at front of house under front door was small (3 of us in room - 2 would be ok). Bathroom was tiny - shower ok - toilet not fixed to the floor which was a little disconcerting. Mattress ok but only duvee, no blankets so was either cooking or cold. First night we were kept awake til 1.30 by people walking around upstairs and talking (and yelling out) - I think incliuding the hosts! Breakfast was fine. Next night we were kept up by more talking from hosts' upstairs til 12.30 - also the front door being opened and closed at all hours. Our host apologised the next morning but it was very unprofessional and thoughtless.
I think it's another tired B&B being run by jaded owners who have had enough - no maintenance being done and little effort being employed.
I certainly would avoid this place.
