The room itself was small compared to US hotel rooms (which we expected). It was clean and comfortable, although we had some trouble figuring out the power and light switches. The shower was not big, but again this was expected. The hotel itself was beautiful and the restaurant had tasty food and very helpful staff. Everyone was very friendly and helpful to this couple who had never been to Europe before! I would recommend again, but make sure you ask for a quiet room.

Room tip: Very central to everything, but be warned that the noise from nearby bars goes well into the night. Earplugs are a good idea.

We, a family of four, stayed in this hotel for four nights. We had some trouble with one of the rooms we were given - which was stuffily hot and not very spacious - but management was very correct and for the remaining nights we were given another, much cooler and much more spacious room. The other amenities were entirely to our satisfaction. The location was really perfect, at a stone's throw from the Temple Bar. We can most certainly recommend this hotel.

Went to this hotel for three nights 26th Oct 2014. pleasantly surprised we had had booked a twin room but were given twin with extra single bedroom. The signing in process was quite fast considering there were 6 rooms for 15/16 people. The hotel is quaint and old which has been tastefully restored, the library bar very friendly, dinning room staff very helpful, on the whole a very nice three nights stay.
The Irish and continental breakfast a bit dear at 10 & 5 Euro but you are in a central area which is averagely priced, Overall the Hotel is very clean and tidy with excellent staff.
Very good location for Grafton street, Temple Bar and not so far away from O'Connell street.
Just one thing that our friends experienced in there rooms overlooking George Street was a bit noisy during night and early morning. Would definitely stay there again good value for the Money. We did fly to Dublin and transferred from the Airport by the 747 bus, very good service and the driver was very helpful.

Room tip: On the quieter side of the hotel or perhaps on the third or fourth floor
