Before we decided what hotel to stay in during our trip to Dublin, we decided to check the reviews of this hotel at Trip Advisor. After reading them, e decided to book the room. It was nice and clean, and the staff is absolutely amazing - like someone here said: 5-star staff at a 3-star hotel. We do recommend this hotel, although to get to the centre of Dublin, either you take a 4 km walk or take the bus that stops right in front of the hotel. But BE CAREFUL, you must have exact change for the bus: 2,15€, or the bus driver won't give you change. If you insert more that 2,15€ for the ticket, you must require a receipt in order to collect the change at the bus company facilities at O'Connell Street. If you don't ask, they won't give you anything. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel, but be aware that these buses stop at 23.00h, after that hour, only by taxi. As for the rooms, if you are looking for a quiet night sleep, do require a room facing the back of the hotel, as the rooms in front face a very busy 4-lane street with cars and trucks passing all night long - that is if you are a light sleeper, such as myself... but as soon as we required to change rooms, the hotel staff promptly made the change, so... it was only OK for the first night, and wonderful the next 3...
