Stayed there for one night during a business trip and was surprised with the quality of this hotel. Everything was clean, new and shiny! Very good bus link to the city centre as well.

Stopped here for one night between plane connections. Good shuttle service to and from the airport. Friendly and efficient check-in. You can catch buses into Dublin city centre from just down the road. Room was fine - clean and tidy. Some disturbance from planes landing from about 5.30am, but I suppose this is to be expected. Breakfasts were AOK.

I stayed at this hotel on 29th July 2007 for 1 night. I chose the hotel due to its proximity to dublin airport, and also the secure car park adjoining the hotel which costs 7 euro's a day. I was also impressed with the 24hour bus service which departs every 30mins outside the crowne plaza hotel which is beside the holiday inn express. Our room was excellent, with a double bed and sofa bed accomodating 3 adults with tea and coffee making facilities etc in the room. I also found the staff to be extremely helpful, especially at 3am in the morning giving us tea/coffee and cereal before we headed to the airport even though the full breakfast didnt start until 6am. I would stay here again in the future.

The Holiday Inn..hmmm...well, please don't be put off. I found the whole experience suprisingly good. I stayed here in May as I had to sit exams in the Crowne Plaza next door early the following morning. The hotel is newly built so that the rooms are absolutely immaculate. The bed was very comfortable with great lighting, the bathroom was big and spacious, there was also a facility whereby you could lock off the toilet from the main bathroom (perfect should you require privacy if there were a few people sharing the room). The breakfast was a cold buffet, although there was no cooked food there was more than enough, my one complaint was the coffee (not good , especially if you are a coffee fan!) Staff were extremely helpful, I forgot a toothbrush and toothpaste and they had some available. Definitely a good place to stay should you be on the move, and if you don't require a cooked breakfast, this is for you. And even if you do, the Crowne Plaza right next door can provide you with this.
