Me and a couple of friends went on the Cliffs of Moher/Allwee Caves tour on the 4th May 2012 at 10am. It started off with no welcome from the driver and when he did start talking he wasn't speaking very clearly. On our first stop at the Birds of Prey centre at allwee caves the driver told us he would be back to pick us up at half 12, we waited fifteen minutes and we seen no sign of the driver so went into the coffee shop at the centre, ordered two coffees and then he came along just as the coffees were being served, we explained to him that we would be out in literally one minute, he started shouting ill-mannerly at us, saying that he would going and he would leave us there, he caused a huge unnecessary scene which he didn't care about or apologise, it was very embarrassing in front of the other tourists (treated us like children). He was shouting repeatedly ''drop the coffee!!'' and ''drop it or i'm leaving you here''. We had already paid for the coffee. He was already late enough picking us up and he was very impatient while we were patiently waiting for him. When we got to our second stop at the Cliffs of Moher he start saying ''On Wednesday I left 5 people behind and it costs 180 euro per person in a taxi to get back to the city'' it felt like he was bragging about leaving people behind unnecessarily. I personally felt like he was implying to us that he would have no problem leaving us behind as he has done it before. He was constantly worrying about sticking his timetable, although he wasted time for his own benefit and we ended up returning to Galway too late anyway. We never received an apology and his general attitude was disgraceful, I would not consider going on a Healy ever again. I think his name was Willy although he was talking so unclearly it may have been Billy, worst bus driver/tour guide going!
