I stayed at the Two Mile Inn at the end of May for 2 nights. It was okay, pretty average except for one MAJOR problem...the heat. Ireland gets really cold, even in late spring, and the Two Mile Inn rooms for both me and my companions had NO HEAT at night! It was so cold in the rooms I made several pots of coffee in the middle of the night to stay warm. That is, until the power went out on me! I had to get the front desk guy to come and flip some switch which he seemed aggravated at having to do so that I could get power, but before I left for the morning, the power went off again. Annoying, to say the least, and highly impractical. When we complained about the heat, they explained it was on a timer and they couldn't do anything about it. Hmmm...a timer which provides heat during the day when it's warmer but not at night when it's cold. I see.
Other than this issue, the hotel was pretty average. The breakfasts were decent, and the staff, other than my previous mentioned encounter, was very helpful with directions and suggestions. I will also say that the rooms were a bit stinky too, but not overwhelmingly so. The rooms were clean but definitely had an odor that smelled of sweaty feet. If you can deal with stinky foot odor and visit in the summer, you may have no problem with the Two Mile Inn. I can't say I'd stay here again in all honesty though.
