This is my second trip to Ireland and once again we stayed at Castletroy Hotel. The Hotel has a pool, exercise room, internet connection and it's own pub. The staff at reception as well as the restaurants and pub are wonderful. The support staff keep the rooms and other hotel spaces very tidy. All on staff go above and beyond in personal service with a smile. One example would be when I asked if I could have two scones from the beautiful breakfast buffet, for a picnic lunch. The girl said, one moment, then returned with a small sack with two scones, napkin, pot of jelly, butter and a knife. That , along with a smile. When you visit Limerick, visit Castletroy Hotel. You will be glad you did.
