Ten days in June in Ireland. . .can't ask for anything nicer! We stayed at this hotel the first night of our trip. The beds were like sleeping on clouds. The staff absolutely excellent! They were kind and helpful. I had free, easy access to a computer and could even download pictures off my camera to add to email. I especially enjoyed the outdoor deck where we sat for a drink in the evening. This is not the most luxurious hotel nor the newest you can find in Ireland, but it was where I felt the most welcome. That was worth a lot to me.

After one night here, although we pre-booked for 1.5 week, we moved to the Radisson in Galway. Our room overlooked the little building in back that housed their liquor supply. All we heard were clanging bottles. We could not close our window because the hotel had no air conditioning. Granted, not always needed, but nice to have when you do. Staff was nice and restaurant had good food. Not what you would expect for the cost.

I stayed here during a 15 trip with CIE Tours. It is a very nice hotel. The rooms are clean and neat and the hotel is very fancy. They even had a wedding going on while I was there. The staff was very nice. It was a little difficult to communicate because many of them had limited English proficiency. I had a minor electrical problem in the room and the manager had it fixed within 5 minutes. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and the food was very good. It is a little off the beaten path, but I would stay there again.

I am from the Cork but was attending a function in the Radisson in Limerick a few weeks ago, I know it’s a four star hotel but to be quite honest thought it should be given an extra star for the facilities and services they extend to their patrons. Once you walk into the lobby you are greeted with its beautiful ambience which is continued throughout the hotel. The Spa is a must to visit, it is well run and just by walking into this area you feel an air of relaxation before you ever start your treatments. We stayed in one of their suite and both of us could not get over how spacious it was with its seating and dining areas and then the large separate bedroom. The restaurant was nicely laid out and the breakfast was lovely with a huge variety to chose from. All the staff at the hotel were so friendly and helpful. I will definitely be staying at this hotel again and would highly recommend staying here if you ever need a place to stay in Limerick.
