Absolutely the best B&B I have visited in Ireland. The hostess treats her guest like gold, rooms are very clean and the food is plentiful and delicious. I would recommend Dooneen Lodge without hesitation to couples and singles. I stayed for over a week while working at the university, and I was always treated well and cared for beyond what I expected.

I booked a trip to Ireland to visit my daughter who was studing abroad for a semester. When I emailed for the reservation Noreen responded promptly. Noreen also confirmed my arrival time prior to the trip. It was nice to know that I could feel confident about my accomadations upon arrival. Both Tom and Noreen are exceptionally nice people. They made our stay more pleasurable than anticipated. If you are planning a trip to Ireland, I highly recommend staying at the Doneen Lodge. You will not be disappointed. I would like to personnally thank Tom and Noreen for being so gracious. This is the best Bed and Breakfast I have ever stayed at.

We were treated like royalty. The breakfast each morning was like a banquet and warmly served by our gracious hostess. Our hosts were knowledgeable and more than helpful. The accommodations were luxurious yet relaxed and comfortable. This is a place I will definitely look forward to return to.

My family and I just returned from holiday in Ireland. We had the oppurtunity to visit the Dooneen Lodge. It was a lovely stay and I would definitly return. The couple who owns the Inn were very hospitable and made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The atmosphere was lovely and the rooms were kept quite clean. A delicious breakfast was served to us daily. What a way to start the day!!! It was my first time in Ireland and I will have to say my expierence at the Dooneen Lodge fullfilled all my expectations of how a Irish bed and breakfst would be. I will definitly be back to visit Tom and Noreen at the lodge.
