Had an early flight next day so stayed at Arora to save the journey in the morning.
I had booked two connecting rooms as I was travelling with my wife and three children. The travel agent had confirmed this with the hotel. When we arrived the rooms were not available. We all ended up in one small dirty room. It took the hotel four hours to make up the beds! The restaurant was reserved for a cancelled flight so ended up with a snack from the bar.
The hotel just couldn't cope with the amount of guests.
