This was quite possibly the worst hotel I've seen. I didn't even stay the first night there. Room was filthy, no food available, staff were weird. Even the guy on Reception (who wasn't quite with it) agreed that the hotel was rubbish!

me and my friends stayed at the grange hotel for easter! it was brillant! the staff wre friendly and helpfull. they cared for our every need! great staff and a great hotel! would def recommend staying!

Stayed before our flight from Gatwick, very reasonably priced room and considering the location Im not sure what some of the other reviews are talking about. Our room was acceptable and clean, there was some noise from the surrounding rooms but this again is to be expected. Its a hotel! - Our main problem was regarding the arrogant young man behind the desk. He seemed drunk, or somethign else! and more concerned about who he was going to sms next and didnt seem to take the slightest bit of notice when we asked, politely, for directions. He clearly needs some training in people skills. The other staff in the restaurant were lovely and very accomodating.

on check in the staff were friendly and made you feel right at home taking my bags to the room and always at hand if i neede assistant the hotel seems to have just been refurbed new doors and looked like a brand new unsuite in my room room 5 the room was clean and tidy tea and coffee making facilities i asked for extra pillows and was brought them promptly within 10 mins i was just down for the wkend visiting friends and enjoyed my stay and would stay again if needed it seems to have turned around from the reviews i have read on here i was a bit anxious at first but was happily surprised.
