Well what can i say we have stayed here on many ocassions and have allways enjoyed a warm welcome and comfortable ride to the airport and back without a long wait then when we can to stay this time all had changed and not for the better fist at the reception we were greeted by a less than happy person who seemed to be upset at having to do some work then just gave us the room keys at said where it was then we went for our normal evening meal to find the menu changed not a problem but ignored by waitress so she could talk to someone she knew finally ordered and got meal and very dissapointed the quality has gone down hill on the food aswell went to bed didnt get our wake up call as promised good job we set our own clock as it was an early start went for breakfast met by a man who needs a customer care lesson then to airport not to bad a week later on arrival at gatwick as normal rang for a pick up and had to wait half an hour to get it then got thrown around in the back of the bus driver must have been in a hurry spock to other guest as we got dropped off only to find they wrer not impressed either and would not be using this hotel ever again as i said i have stayed here at least ten times before with no complaint but after this time i would rather drive and pay for a car park than be subject to this sort or treatment from a hotel
