As Relais & Chateaux properties go - the Mallory Court Hotel was the least hospitable of all we've
visited throughout the UK and Europe. They were not inhospitable but rather perfunctory, with the exception of one receptionist who was very gracious. The property itself was well-appointed with nice modern rooms, beautiful classically decorated parlors and dinning room - but their was an
absence of the kind of charm and/or grandeur we have experienced at other Relais & Chateuax hotels in England such as Hambleton Hall, in Rutland or Lucknam Park near Bath. Perhaps the
property emanates greater charm in the Spring when they is outdoor dinning on the patio and it
is probably a very good location for meetings - but fell short of our expectations. The extended
property and location also lacked any real charm.

Room tip: I suspect that all of the rooms are well-appointed and very comfortable because of the well-maintained modern design.

I could not fault my stay at this hotel. Set in delightful Warwick countryside but within a few minutes of M40 motorway and 30 minutes drive from airport The room, service, food were all exceptional. The staff were charming and nothing was too much trouble for them.

You recognise this when you receive it. Something intangible; the effortless result of good training and charm. Add to this a very well maintained hotel public areas and beautiful gardens matched to beautiful rooms and perfectly good food and you are in for a treat. With a brasserie and a find dining restaurant Mallory Court easily caters for any budget. This is even more remarkable as we arrived having booked only the evening before and drove from the Scottish Borders in one go. Nothing was too much trouble. The soft drinks and water in the mini fridge; the fruit and nibbles on the table all gratis and all just what you need (it was a hot 3 day weekend that we stayed for). We don't usually feel it necessary to say we'll be back but this is the second hotel in a fortnight that we intend to do so and, if we have to make a choice, Mallory Court will win hands down. And the other one wasn't half bad! Well done. Training always pays.

We stayed one night and were delighted with the level of service, the charm of the hotel and the high quality of food. The staff were welcoming, courteous and friendly. The hotel was scrupiously clean, the room was lovely and the setting of the hotel was delightful.
We ate casually in the lounge. The food was excellent and very reasonably priced. Next time we will try the restaurant - the menu looks very interesting.
Breakfast was perfect in preparation, presentation, quality and service. The waitress was unobtrusive, but available at the right time.
The hotel is lovely and the staff are consumately professional.
We will return as soon as we can

we just stayed a night to celebrate a silver wedding, and ate elsewhere at a private party. On arrival at Mallory Court the staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful and welcoming. That set the tone for the whole stay. Nothing was ever too much trouble. As in some superior hotels of the is standard, that staff can make you feel it is a privilege for you to stay there, here it is just the reverse. They deem it their privilege to host the guests. Comfortable, well-appointed room, lovely grounds, superb breakfast. we wanted for nothing.
