Stayed at the hotel recently on a Saturday night for Genesis Concert at Old Trafford. Hotel was very chic, clean and had ultra friendly staff. Room was fabulous with flat screen tv and very modern decor. Nice touch with Crabtree & Evelyn toiletries. Concierge was not sure of location of Old Trafford (Manchester Utd) which seemed rather strange but other than that staff were extremely helpful, especially Adam in the downstairs bar. We didn't bother with Cloud 23 when we saw the plastic people queuing up Saturday night. Buffet breakfast was good. Orange juice poured at the table and eggs freshly cooked. Good place to stay for a weekend shopping break as very centrally located.
Would definitely return.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Hilton Deansgate last saturday as I was in town to see Genesis at Old Trafford and I have to say that this is the best hotel I have ever stayed in by far.
From the moment we arrived until the minute we left we were treat like royalty by the great staff. The rooms are great with fantastic views over the city the food in the restaurant is gorgeous and the cloud 23 bar is a highlight not to be missed, we even shared a lift down with Jennifer Ellison of Brookside and Chicago fame. The spa and gym area is a great way to blow the cob webs away after a heavy night before a lovely hearty english breakfast. Overall no complaints what so ever ok the drinks are alittle pricey but the service and views more than make up for this - enjoy !

Stayed in this Hotel on the last weekend in May and it was fabulous. It is a stunning location and a fabulous building that oozes class and complete charisma. I found the staff to be very friendly and the hotel to be exceptionally clean. One small thing is the bar & floor staff work very well, but the waiting time for service for some guests was a bit too long, I was served quite quick as I went to the bar and was followed to my seat by a member of staff. Also, I would have given this hotel FULL MARKS except I was expecting to be offered
assistance by a porter with luggage, but was not......a hotel like this should have staff welcoming people at the door even if they don't arrive in a big fancy car! Anyway....this hotel is top notch!!

This was our second time staying at the Hilton. We stayed for three nights at the end of June. Everything went smoothly absolutely no complaints about the hotel. One good thing about staying here is it's at the end of Deansgate ,and is quiet at night with no bars etc near the building.
