The Hugotel is basically OK. It's a basic, non-descript, roadside hotel that could be anywhere. The rooms were a decent size, though poorly lit. The bathrooms were clean, but the water pressure was a bit excessive, and I wound up making a mess in the bathroom because of the shower spray. There is a good little restaurant attached to the hotel that was inexpensive. The staff was polite, helpful, and spoke English.
