First we visited a local market, which was more that just browsing a market. We learned about fruit and vegetables, how to eat seasonal food, how to pick and what to choose, and how food distribution is made in Paris ; and of course, how to make a delicious menu. Everything was well organized and prepared, We cooked a typical three course french menu that can be prepared in two hours. It was delicious and easy to prepare. Thanks Marie!
