Paris was our first stop on our honeymoon and we stayed at the Odeon. The hotel exceeded our expectations in so many ways. After going to the end of a dark narrow hallway we weren't sure what our room would be like. Instead we were so happy to see a bedroom with a small entry hallway, a spacious wardrobe and little sitting area leading to the bed with a large window and a view of the Eiffel tower! The bathroom had recently been renovated and was very well lit - of course a shower curtain would have been nice but luckily they are generous with the towels. Free wifi was a nice bonus as it seems that most other hotels try to squeeze every last Euro out of you by charging for internet.
The staff were friendly and helpful and our room was a nice place to return to after a full day of walking and sightseeing. The neighborhood could not be better!!! You are steps from the Luxembourg Gardens, an infinite number of cafes, shops and restaurants, and can get around to the rest of Paris easily (walking and Metro). All in all - a great little hotel to stay in when you're in Paris next.
