I liked the inventiveness of the food. For example, Christophe Aribert and Yann Tanneau let us discover an unexpected Mozzarella sorbet! Lobster was amazing as a starter and I have to confess that I regret not to choose it as well as a main course. The pleasant professionalism of the staff was really enjoyable. Don't forget to go to the toilets to wash your hands, very surprising!
Finally, almost 140 years after the inauguration, with an audacious touch of modern design, Charles Garnier's wish comes through: a restaurant of quality inside the Opera House :)
