I stayed here with my boyfriend for only one night but loved it. The rooms are all decorated meticulously after a theme. We stayed in the Indian room, but you can also stay in a Moroccan or an Italian room, all except one have ensuite bathrooms. The owner was the most friendly and lovely person who truly likes having visitors from around the world. She speaks good English and invited us to have a drink in the garden when we arrived in the afternoon. The breakfast was the best though, she served huge croissants, fruit and cereal, all good quality that we would have chosen ourselves. Don't let the location deter you from this guest house, although it is not located inside the old city (le cite) it is worth staying outside. The medieval city is very crowded and touristy, and although worth walking into (15 min from the Maison san Frontiere), I was happy we didn't stay there. Carcassonne has another more modern part that is good for going out in too with a couple of friendly bars on the main square. All in all the stay was great and the guest house is highly recommendable.
