We traveled in Netherlands, Belgium and France for two weeks so we tried to keep our rooms around $100 a night. In this price range, this is one of the best rooms we had. Very clean, safe in the room. This was at the end of our trip and we were excited to see standard sized pillows (vs euro square pillows).

Cannes is not very big and this is hotel is right off the main shopping street. A quick walk to the beach. We enjoyed our night there and wished we had stayed there the rest of our time instead of going to Nice.

A word to others on Nice-we never read this in a guide book but were told by the locals-the area can get very shady after 7pm. We were walking along the promenade in Nice around 10pm and felt nervous. Stay in Cannes, day trip everywhere else!

Larger than average rooms compared to typical French hotels on this category. Nice clean rooms, friendly staff. Note that although the hotel description gives you the impression that all rooms have balcony this is not the case, only about half the rooms have got one. Comparing to the Hotel D'Universe in Cannes where I also stayed, this hotel has slightly larger rooms, and slightly mroe expensive. SImilar to other hotels in Cannes the breakfast is usually not included in the price, and for many it might be mroe fun (and cheaper) to get the breafast in one of the nice cafes of Cannes instead.
