From the moment we arrived we were impressed by the welcome, patience and level of professionalism of the reception staff - despite being extremely busy with check ins, check outs and new guests. Our two bedroomed apartment was really spacious, clean and well equipped. The one problem we had with the door to the service stairs was dealt with promptly and effectively. We had a balcony looking inland and a huge terrace on the sea side of the building/ We could even see the sea - just about - while having a pleasant view on the public gardens below. Unfortunately the use of this terrace was spoiled - as so often in France - by the noise of aggressively driven deliberately over revved motorcycles and mobylettes with intolerably noisy modified exhaust systems to the point where it was impossible to relax. To summarize all good except for the unnecessary traffic noise.

Room tip: The only noise problem we encountered was from traffic on the south side. This was not really a problem if you keep the windows closed. We were told by other guests that rooms giving onto the inner courtyard were quiet. I have indicated "noisy" above because if you want to relax on the south facing terrace you may find it difficult to bear.

This has been a favourite for some years as it is not only professionally run, but they have spent a lot of time and energy on renovating the property. Stylishly furnished and decorated, Les Strelitizias is well positioned for lots of activities, close to the train which makes moving around the Riviera very easy if you don''t have a car. For the restaurant, they have a new Chef from Belgium who is briliiant. They offer some interesting and different entertainment activities in the restaurant, all very well set up and great atmosphere, the staff really seem to enjoy these events as well! For business they have superb meeting rooms, I agree with another reviewer that the bar is not always manned, but just ask Reception and they are very helpful. In fact, Reception staff pointed us towards some very interesting shops and local features, they have several languages spoken on Reception too. We have stayed in both rooms and apartments, both are comfortable, the apartments are very spacious and offer a good opportunity to create a 'home away from home'. The short walk to the beach with its fabulous views, makes this hotel one of the best value to be found with excellent amenities.

We stayed here for 5 nights in September. We found the staff friendly and hotel very clean. Did not eat in the restaurant as there were lots of nice eating place in the town. We did however want a drink in the bar but never found anyone serving on a night or for a coffee in the afternoon

Very nice spacious room , with big balcony, around the corner, see view, fridge, TV ... we had everything we need. We didn't tried the breakfast because the reviews were bad about the price/quality. The only minus was the noise coming from the street, but that's it in Juan les Pins with so many scooters and aggressive car drivers. Also the garden was beautiful, and the public park in front the hotel very useful fro the children. The public sandy beach is also close ~300m, restaurants, supermarkets also near.

Room tip: Better request a room with garden view.

Spent 3 nights here in July. Great location close to the beach. Clean ,spacious room. Helpful staff. We ate in the restaurant twice as the food was very good and reasonable. Ate in town one night, and a couple of lunches.,it was ok but very touristy and not particularly good quality which is why we chose the hotel. After dinner we enjoyed walking along the front and visiting the many bars.On the friday night there was the most amazing firework display on the beach lasting over 20mins. You must visit Pam Pam,great cocktail bar in town, rammed at night but managed to get a table at 5pm,great atmosphere. We got the train to Monaco for a day, only about an hour away and worth seeing .Juan is much busier than i had realized but great for a few days
