I got over 25 bed bug bites covering my body from this hotel. It's sad because, honestly, the owners were absolutely wonderful, the location can't be beat, and the price was great. But after several nights of itching I found a bug in my bed. I thought it was a strange tick because I had never seen a bed bug before in my life. When we got to the next city in France I went to a pharmacie and saw a poster of noxious bugs, saw THE bug, and then I realized that I had been eaten alive by bed bugs in the night at Hotel Aldo. It is now 2 weeks later and some of the bites still itch and some have left scars. I emailed the hotel and have not heard back yet. They also promised a sea view room (the reason I chose this hotel in the first place), and we didn't get one, but they gave us 2 free breakfasts instead. In any case, I can't possibly recommend them now.
