My husband and I stayed here for a wonderful four nights to celebrate our wedding anniversary - and it was PERFECTION! We arrived after a long day driving, and were ecstatic when we saw how immaculate the villa interior and grounds were in the balmy evening air. There is convenient / safe onsite parking, and the staff were extremely helpful from the second we arrived. We stayed in a 'sea view' room and were not disappointed - watching the sun set over the mountains and waking up to see the yachts bobbing on the ocean added to the experience. The interior decorating is first class: intricate wood carved panels and tropical orchids in the breakfast area, neutral colour palette that creates a calm ambience throughout the villa, clean and convenient access to the pool and bar. The hotel is run very smoothly, and staff are clearly keen to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. We spent our time split between walking a lazy 5 minutes down to the local beaches and lazing by the beautiful villa pool. One day we walked to the train station (also literally 5mins away) and caught a scenic train up to explore Monaco. You could spend your entire stay just wandering around the coast lines of Juan-les-Pins and Antibes, or venture as far as you like up and down the coast to visit places like Nice and Cannes. Either way, you will not be disappointed with this lovely boutique hotel and its excellent location. Thank you for making our stay so lovely! (Staff even offered us complimentary champagne to celebrate our anniversary, but we were so "busy" relaxing on the beach that day we forgot to take them up on the offer! Thank you anyway!)

Room tip: It is worth paying a little extra for the sea view room, but all of the rooms have lovely views and the whole property is located in a quiet and private part of Juan-les-Pins. You will enjoy peace and privacy regardless of which room you choose.

We stayed for two nights in July. We had a ground floor room, but the rate was so cheap we didn't expect more. Although on the ground floor, the room was charming with a new modern bathroom. Antibes and juan le pins are within walking distance but walking back is not recommended as the hotel is in quite a secluded spot and the roads are not well lit. Saying that, the seclusion and quiet is what made the hotel so charming. The pool was lovely and breakfast on the terrace was great. Will return but next time we will pay a little extra for a room with a balcony.

Great little hotel between JLP and Antibes in a quiet area about 5 minutes walk from JLP and a short drive into Antibes. Nice large clean room (105) with a partial sea view and afternoon sun on the balcony. Nice relaxing pool area and free Wi Fi. Excellent very friendly and helpful staff that made the stay extreamely enjoyable. Short walk into JLP although can be a bit 'touristy' and the hill on the way back can be a bit of a struggle after a few drinks. We found better selection of restaurants and bars in Antibes and was worth the extra to get there - especially round the old town.Great breakfast although a little expensive was worth it for the convenience.
Easy access out onto the A8 - about 15minutes and from there all stops on the coast from Monaco to St Trop.Think we were lucky to be slightly out of season and that the usual places were a lot quieter but the weather was great for our week away and the hotel made it very enjoyable.

Room tip: South facing rooms get the afternoon sun on balcony - these rooms face the road but it is very quiet

Very charming, small hotel with outstanding nice and helpful personel from the boss down to the cleaning ladies. It is a short walk away from juans downtown where all kind of restaurants can be found.
Merci beaucoup.

This boutique hotel is beautiful with an ethnic style. It is located in a green and quiet area close to the city center of Juan les Pins.
The swimming pool is nice, but we stayed there at the beginning of May and the water was too cold, although we had read that it was heated.
The room was perfect with a nice view and furnished in a very good style, in the bathroom were present all Occitane products.
Breakfast was really rich and good and the hotel staff was friendly and nice.
