There are several larger and busier restaurants on and around the waterfront at La Napoule, but most seem to specialise in production line food and service. Le Fare (The Lighthouse) is a real beacon of quality, a narrow family owned restaurant rightly favoured by the locals. There's a plentiful choice of local and Atlantic fish; my favourite dish is Aioli Royal - fresh fish, shellfish, hard boiled egg and vegetables in a delicious garlic sauce. This is lovely cuisine, prepared and served with care and commitment. Strongly recommended.
