This hotel is a small boutique hotel with modern and minimalist design. Please expect a small room with very minimal decoration and furniture but with unique art pieces or poem in the room. The bathroom is in a good size, however. Some rooms come with a bathtub (without shower curtain though so wet floor after shower is certain.) The location is great, two blocks from Promenade de l'anglaise but far from Old Town and eating area. Staffs are helpful. We have got a room with in front of the stair case, next to the elevator (next to as in right next to, if a person misses the elevator button, then he will ring your door bell!). We didnt like the location of our room but couldn't be changed on the first night. The double door design barred the elevator noise but unfortunately didn't bar noise of other guests who came to check in late or who had to leave early so we were woken up by the sound of moving luggages and door banging between 1-6am. We moved to another room the next night and this room was at the furthest end of the corridor so it was quieter. Overall, for the price of Eu150 per double room without breakfast, it is a good value in Nice.
