We stayed here last August. It is a great hotel particularly because of its location.
The beach is just a street away and it is a short walk to the train station to Cannes or Nice/ Monaco. Plenty of good restauarants at the port. Breakfast in the hotel was lovely and a pretty sun terrace to eat in. Across the road is the Cap 3000 shoppingcentre - and the best place to get a bus to and from Nice.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and a good airport shuttle service. We had a great holiday and would highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed here because of it's closeness to Nice Airport for 1 night prior to heading off for a week near Grimaud. We then stayed a further 2 nights at the end of our holiday.
Good clean, friendly hotel, only 10 minutes drive from the airport and pretty easy to find. Pool not so great for lying around all day but fine if you want a dip to cool down after a day out, although there is also a great beach literally 5 minutes walk away, great for swimming and popular with the locals.
The promenade is also excellent for eating out on an evening with lots to choose from, French (obviously), Indian, Italian, Thai, Chinese and Morrocan. Not expensive either and again mainly locals rather than holidaymakers.
There is a shopping mall across the road which has a good food hall (Gallerie Lafayette). Railway station only 15 mins walk for trains into Nice central, Monaco, Italy, Cannes etc.
All in all, a good hotel, reasonable rates and in a cracking location. Easy access to all routes from here.

We spent 4 nights here from 13 to 17 August 2007. The service we received was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful. They have a free shuttle service to/from the airport (which takes about 5 mins).
Hotel also has Wi-Fi access. It costs 4.50 Euros for 1 hour (valid for 24 hours) to 15 Euros for 10 hours (valid for 30 days). Speed is quite good.
On the downside, their breakfast costs 18 Euros (inc tax) per person (kids eat for free). You can always get something from the shopping centre across the road for a lot less.
If you are looking for a beach, there is a good beach within 5 minutes of walking (a pebble beach - not a sandy beach, but not too bad once you get into water). There are loads of restaurants (40+) on the beach. It’s nice place to go for a walk in the evening.

This place had a great rate so we decided to stay here. The hotel was fine (didn't eat there or do much), but getting to/fron Central Nice was a bit of a pain.

There is a bus that goes there pretty often, but it takes about 20 minutes to get there and the schedule seems erratic. The bus to return from Central Nice to this hotel stops running around 8pm so it's tough if you want to see the Nice nightlife. In that case you'd get a taxi which can be very pricey here (30 EUROS per ride!)

It is close to the Cap 3000 Shopping Center which has a phenomenal grocery store and a nice mall.
