We spent 4 nights here from 13 to 17 August 2007. The service we received was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful. They have a free shuttle service to/from the airport (which takes about 5 mins).
Hotel also has Wi-Fi access. It costs 4.50 Euros for 1 hour (valid for 24 hours) to 15 Euros for 10 hours (valid for 30 days). Speed is quite good.
On the downside, their breakfast costs 18 Euros (inc tax) per person (kids eat for free). You can always get something from the shopping centre across the road for a lot less.
If you are looking for a beach, there is a good beach within 5 minutes of walking (a pebble beach - not a sandy beach, but not too bad once you get into water). There are loads of restaurants (40+) on the beach. It’s nice place to go for a walk in the evening.

This place had a great rate so we decided to stay here. The hotel was fine (didn't eat there or do much), but getting to/fron Central Nice was a bit of a pain.

There is a bus that goes there pretty often, but it takes about 20 minutes to get there and the schedule seems erratic. The bus to return from Central Nice to this hotel stops running around 8pm so it's tough if you want to see the Nice nightlife. In that case you'd get a taxi which can be very pricey here (30 EUROS per ride!)

It is close to the Cap 3000 Shopping Center which has a phenomenal grocery store and a nice mall.

We have just returned from a 7 night stay here,2 adults&2 kids 13 and 10-the hotel was good value as the kids stayed free and ate free breakfast plus by paying in advance we got the excellent 'city break'rate which included our breakfast too.The room was well designed with a split-bed sofa which was rolled away each day leaving plenty of space,also the air con worked well(temp outside was over 30C most days)and everywhere was cleaned thoroughly each day.There is a lovely pool outside with sunbeds and the restaurant has a pleasant outdoor terrace,lovely for an alfresco breakfast!Location was great,big shopping mall next door and buses to Nice from outside hotel.Rail station 10 mins walk(go over the footbridge rather than the official road route)and you can get trains to anywhere along the Cote D'Azur-we had a fantastic day in Antibes where the beach is sandy rather than the horrible pebbles of Nice!One word of advice,avoid dinner at the hotel-overpriced and not very good,there are several nice restaurants 5 mins walk away.

Having read previous reviews, the hotel was much better than I had anticipated.
We were collected by the shuttle bus from Nice airport, and it was a 5-10 minute drive.
The hotel staff were all very friendly and our room was immaculate, with a lovely bathroom and separate toilet.
We spent hours by the pool, which was clean and generally had a nice vibe.
We paid for the buffet quite a few mornings and it was well worth the money; the food was very French and very appetising!
The hotel is situated very conveniently, with the beach a 2 minute walk away, the Gallerie Lafayette a stones throw away and a train station a short 15 minutes walk from the hotel.
I'd advise anyone looking for a comfortable and clean hotel to stay here! I thoroughly enjoyed my trip and if I do return to the Cote d'Azur I will definitely be staying here again!
