What a disaster! We came with high expectations and were highly disappointed! To begin with, service was on slow side and barely competent- we were offered second bottle of wine before finishing the first. Food was mediocre , sushi falling apart - no hint of vinegar in the rice, sashimis cooked - what an oxymoron!On top of that sashimis were wrongly cut. On neighbors table people were fighting with the meat which must have been extremely tough . On the other side guests were fighting a pile of fried tuna with only a spoon. Generally the quality of ingredients were okay but no idea how to convert them into delicious meal! Mr. Henssler should invest in cookbooks from Jean Gorges Vongerichten and Roy Yamaguchi instead of writing own one. If you like to have a picture with celebrity cook go there, if you like to have great food go to THE BANK where we headed afterwards!
