Stay in the hotel from 13-18 November 2007. The location of the hotel was superb. Within walking distance to subway and other tourist attraction. Old Town, Koningsalle and River Rhine.

Booked a single room. The room was quite ok for two of us.
The bathroom was ok also. The housekeeping service was fantastic.

Breakfast could be improved further. Had the same breakfast with the same menu and items ever day for 6 days!

The staff very attentive and courteous.

Will come back again.

I stay here on a regular basis and it's OK. Good location for central Dusseldorf not far fron the Rhine. Bar and restaurant staff are great. Check in a bit stuffy. Breakfast is great. As a Holiday Inn it's OK but nothing really special.

The Holiday-inn had a very good location just next to the city center and shopping malls. We stayed in a family room which was quite spacious but the room smelled horrible of earlier smoking guests! The breakfast buffet was filled with everything from fruits to hashbrowns, I have to say it is one of the best BF I have seen in europe.
The staff were welcoming except the receptionist when we first came in ,I guess because it was a holiday and he had the night shift. Overall we enjoyed our stay and I would stay in the same hotel if I would visit in the fututre.

and is was a great hotel with a super location wright across the street from the malls and shops
the frontdesk was verry nice and helpfull
the parking garage is a bit tricky when you drive a large car!!!!

and the most amazing breakfast is served ,that i have seen yet, my compliments
the rooms are clean and have everything you need
would stay here again !!!!!
