The landlady was unfriendly from the start and things didn't get better. We had to pay cash in advance, which I found strange.
The room itself was OK (if you like kitsch), and clean. The bathroom was tiny. Breakfast was a sombre affair with every counted out for each guest. No extras, even a further cup of coffee had to be paid for seperately. The slices of chees and cold cuts were counted out per person and the quality of the food was not really brilliant (bread somewhat dry, rolls hard, and the cheese and meat could have been a little fresher). There wasn't a lot to choose from.
She kept shushing my three year old daughter during breakfast, even though we were alone in the breakfast room (which was also the reception) and my daughter was simply singing to herself, not overly loudly, either.
The location, however, ist certainly very nice and the surroundings pleasantly quiet. But I'd rather take a different hotel next time. The value for money was simply bad and the lady simply too unfriendly.
