Hotell was good exept for a strange smell in the room and very bad beds, booking a double room You don´t expect two single beds whith a wooden board between them!
Smell can be becourse of that they welcome pets?
Breakfast was nice but not hot like stated.
Location close to the city centre and shopping is good.

Best Western have the stupid policie that You can't earn points on their bonusprogram GCC then booking anywere else than direcly from BW or the hotel. (Think most people book thru agent)

Alltogether We will not use any BW hotel again and cancel our BW booking in New York next spring.

we stayed at this hotel for 2 nights the rooms were very clean and a good tasty selection for breakfast some rooms have kitchenette. bus service terrific no 6 bus direct to hotel from airport, in a quiet area but only 10 mins on bus to town. definetly use this hotel again. from afrequent traveller

Major mess up on our first night not giving the 2 promised connecting rooms but made up with a family suite on second night. Staff were very good. I liked the location with frequent buses to town. Forget breakfast in hotel and go to the cafe next door!
