I'm very surprised with the unfavorable comments from this traveler.
It is peculiar that we haven’t received a complaint directly from the guest during his stay, since we could have resolved any problems straight away, without a doubt! We are always at our clients disposal.

Our staff is in constant evolution to achieve a total guest satisfaction, therefore whatever type of negative commentary should be done at the moment in order for it to be corrected.

It is surprising that the commentary regarding our food is so negative, keeping in mind that we are considered a culinary reference in the area, and as our periodical hygiene analysis and tests show, we can guarantee that our food is completely under all the standards required from the official health authorities in Spain.

The rooms of our hotel are being refurbished and renovated constantly. Obviously, there are guests that prefer this style of rooms to others, it depends on your personal likes.

Our hotel is situated in one of the most exclusive residential areas in the whole of Spain with houses worth over 5 million €, I find it surprising that this traveler considers this area a " Housing Estate". Most of our guests choose our hotel for its location.

Children are always welcome in our hotel, its true that we have a lot of stairs, but we also have elevators.

I must say that we enjoy Faulty Towers very much but we are far from that type of hotel
