We are a family of four incluing two young children and we have just returned from a week at the sultan club in Marbella. We stayed in a two bedroomed apartment (which can accomodate six) but we like our space and we had lots of space! We had one of our best holidays ever! It is within walking distance to the beach and i mean walking a SHORT distance. The beach is fantastic as is the prominade. The aparthotel provides a buffet breakfast which was great for our first morning there as we were very tired after a late flight. The breakfast buffet had everything you would expect from a good hotel. There is internet access in the lounge which was great as i didn't want to miss my e-mails while on holiday. There is a lovely heated indoor pool and spa for us ladies. There is also a gym which my husband used while we were in the pool. The outdoor pool looked lovely but we didn't use it as we went to the beach nearly every day. There are two El Cortes Ingles supermarkets beside the aparthotel so i was able to cook whatever i wanted for the children and ourselves as they have a great selection of food. I will definately be back here again without a doubt. Anyone wanting to book somewhere quiet but with easy access to the town ( this is at the end of prominade) again within walking distance,or peurto banus and at a good price then this is the place.

Very happy with this hotel, clean fairly spacious rooms, the staff were friendly and helpful, area was nice and quiet, short walk to beach and shops etc. About a 10 minute cab ride to Puerto Banus for some shopping.
Generally a well run hotel.

My sister and i have been to Marbella in November for the last few years, and wanted a hotel that had a swimming pool indoors just in case the weather turned a little bad.We loved Sultan, its in a good location not far from shops or beach and buses. We found everyone friendley and helpfull. We loved the spa and the staff down in the swimming pool area.My sister went back at christmas with her partner and had a great time to.

Very nice staff & very clean. Rooms were very large & it is situated well, only a few minutes walk from town. with 2 shops close by.

However the food was awful, you'd really need to go down to the waterfront for some nice dinner. Try the fish cooked on the boats on the beach. Avoid Mama Ginos nearby.

Outdoor & Indoor pools & sauna & such were good.
Outdoor pool could do with some music & longer opening hours for the pool bar.

We spent a lovely week at the Sultan Club. Accommodation very good apart from the kitchen which was on the small side and was quite well-equipped, and sadly there was no kettle - so we had to boil water for a cup of tea in a saucepan! Next time we will bring a travel kettle as we intend to go again. Maid service and change of linen, towels etc every day. The staff were friendly and helpful.

If you like a quiet holiday with not much in the way of entertainment, this is the palce for you. The food in the restaurant was excellent and reasonably priced. Highly recommended!
