We had a lovely 1 week stay at the beginning of the school summer holidays (I teach!).
The hotel seemed quite quiet - really easy to get a sunbed by the pool - no dash to put out our towels before breakfast!
Same applied to the lovely beach - great beach club, comfy loungers and good bar/restaurant. Bit pricey for fairly average food.
Hotel menu didn't change all week! The food was delicious but pricey and the menu was very limited. Also, portions a bit on the "nouvelle" side.
Rooms were nicely apponted - modern & comfortable but take earplugs with you cos can hear everything in neighbouring rooms!
Hotel was not really suitable for children (which was why we chose it!!) Only a few very well behaved Spanish children.
Lots of Spanish staying in the hotel - more than English, which was great!
Great breakfasts - lots of fruit & juices, different types of rolls, great selection of pastries, ok cooked bacon/eggs, meats, cheeses, yoghurts, etc, etc. Couldn't fault the breakfast!
Very helpful concierge.
BE WARNED _ hotel is in poor position - wrong side of 4 lanes of BUSY traffic (crossing nearby) & approx 4 - 5 miles from nearest selection of restaurants (Marbella old town or 6 miles to Puerto Banus). Spent a lot on taxis - about £5/6 each way.
All in all a good holiday because it was relaxing (no kids!) and the beach was great, but 1 week was plenty.
