Just returned from a wedding in this hotel in July. I have to honestly say that it was the best wedding I was ever at. The only thing I will say is that the weather was way too hot and totally uncomfortable. The service was great, the surroundings were lovely and the fact that it is a small hotel makes it very personal. The only regret I had was that I couldn't stay in the same hotel as the wedding party because all the fun seemd to be happening there!

Well done to the hotel for making it a great occasion, everyone had a blast!

We booked in to the above resort hotel on a recomendation as some where close to the marbella, but away from the madding crowd. We checked in at around 4pm after lunch with friends looking forward to a quiet siesta by the pool . Unfortunately the hotel was hosting a large spanish communion party. As the hotel has a separate function area this was not a problem however the hotel had errected a bouncing castle for the 25 or so children attending the party about 20m from the swimming pool and sun area. We complained to the recepcionist and asked for the manager who was un-available, we were told they were only children having fun!!
The next morning we were woken by the remainder of the party enjoying them-selves in the jacuzzi, again the staff seemed astonished that we should complain at the noice at 7 am on a sunday morning.

Our room was also tired looking with the handles in the bath falling off and a
strange towels rail at head height above the bath which meant you couldnt lie back in the bath.

If you decide to go check they are not having a party at the hotel and also ask to see the room first

There are much better deals to be done nearer the coast the hotel is tired and living on its past reputation
