I have reserved this hotel because it was written in the fram brochure that it was a 4 star hotel-club! The food was not very good: always the same starters, not a lot of selection, no typical plats, the restaurant room was very sad, noisy.... The rooms are ok , large and comfortable. The location is bad ( around many buildings, far away from the beach) but I am not sure that it can be better because Torremolions is the most uggly city of the world!!! There wasn' t animation as expected in a hotel club as it is supposed to be ! I am 30 years old and there were only "old"people, sorry but I didn't know that I would spend my holidays with people around 70-75 years old! Anyway I might recomment it to my grandparents but not to my friends!!!!

Very nice hotel, amazing breakfast, parking lot free and lots of street parking, right on the beach, short walk to restaurants on strip, didn't like the town much, but the hotel was good value for the price.

FANTASTIC. Five stars. The staff was so friendly and accomodating. I was floored when I opened the door to our room. Very roomy. It had a gorgeous balcony with two chairs and a small table overlooking the MED.
The beach was a five minute walk from our ROOM. The San Miguel Plaza was also a short walk away. As you walk up the hill to the plaza you will see many shops and restaurants. The Plaza of San Miguel is pedestrian only, no cars allowed.

You have to stop and eat at the seafood bar called "Cha Cha's". They grill shellfish on the spot. There are no chairs. You have to stand.
The shrimp I had was bigger than my hand.

Believe me. I live in Florida and have never seen shrimp that big before.

If you stay here, make sure you join the Melia Sol MAS club. Chances are you will stay at one of their other hotels and this will allow you to accrue points.

I recommend this hotel.
